Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for cancellations and refunds on Manmayi Tech products and services.
1. Digital products & packaged services
- Refund requests may be considered within 7 days if the product/service has not been substantially consumed or delivered.
- Once credentials, source files, reports, or keys have been delivered and accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable except for genuine delivery failure on our side.
2. Custom development
- Advance/booking amounts are generally non-refundable once work has started.
- Mid-project cancellations are charged for completed milestones; unused advances may be refunded after review.
3. How to request a refund
